Bodnant Gardens, Portmeirion, Conwy Castle and the seaside towns of Llandudno and Porthmadog are all within driving distance. For the outdoors fans, the mountains and lakes offer a perennial attraction. Of course, the great enticement is Snowdonia with its dramatic mountain ranges, challenging walks, and pretty villages. However, there are also so many other tracks, trails and pathways to explore that you’ll have to come back year on year to see them all! It’s only a 10-minute walk to the village centre of Betws-y-Coed where you’ll find a great selection of restaurants, pubs, bars and shops. Or why not enjoy a scenic stroll up to Miners Bridge, across the river and head down along the river Llugwy towards Pont y Pair bridge for more fabulous scenery.
